The reason for this post is that I would like to apply for "High Respected" or something of the sort. I believe that I've been in the community long enough and most certainly earned it. This application generally comes from feeling useless most of the time in most situations. Sure, I can Gag and Slay but I feel as though Slay is too extreme in most situations. But when it is most certainly required (usually against repeat RDM'ers) it seems like I just have to keep slaying over and over to get the guy to leave, which is amusing to say the least but still leaves me with the problem of the guy still being in the server.
Take this as an example. There was a guy on yesterday morning who shot the shit out of people. He was Innocent and killed several people including a detective, so naturally I slay him and inform him of the proper way to play (referring to the help manuals and such). So he skips a round. Round passes and he spawns. He spawns in an awkward position on cs_italy.. now if you know of the spawn in italy that causes other players to perform a "trampoline jump" when jumping on the guys head, you'll know what I'm talking about. We all have a laugh about it and he seems fine. Next round, he RDM's lots again. So I slay again.. and he leaves.
This sort of shit happens all the time. With only having the power to slay to really deal with these types effectively I can't really help the community. I want to take on more responsibility seeing as I'm spending the majority my time on it anyways. I want to help and just do my job better.

Snooker does not even care about his fairness as he think he could get away. A combination of slay and votekick plus voteban more then 7-15 times would have been wayyyyyyy beyond the
EXTREME. Oh btw, I just
remembered something. When Snooker don't get enough votes aginst me, He just
swears at others/me and encouraging them to vote yes. He doesn't give a shit if I apologize for what i did wrong. Banserki refuses me to be kick/ban as he understands the situation better then him. Also he was Abusing banserki the same way he did to me.

I don't believe he could take on the responsibilities as an admin; therefore he shouldn't take on the role as an admin. His words are more likely an
illusion. Were not always doing the right thing.
